We currently ship to most countries in North America, Europe, and the Asia–Pacific region.

Order Processing Time

• Standard: 3 business days
• Out-of-stock or bulk orders: may take 10–60 days

Estimated Delivery Times

• Asia: around 10 days after shipment
• Oceania: around 15 days after shipment
• North America & Europe: around 15 days after shipment
• Africa & South America: around 20 days after shipment

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and volume.
All shipments include a tracking number for secure delivery.

Packing Options

• Standard Packing: included at no additional cost
• Double Packing: available upon request (may increase shipping fees due to size/weight)

Customs Duties & Taxes (DAP Terms)

Our standard shipping term is DAP (Delivered At Place). This means:

• Shipping fees are finalized at checkout
• Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility
• The exact amount is determined by the destination country’s customs authority

A tracking link will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
If customs require additional information, the carrier may contact you directly.

If Customs Issues Cause a Return

If your package is returned due to unpaid duties or refusal of acceptance, refunds will be made
minus round-trip shipping fees and handling costs. Please review our
