For any return, please wait for our instructions before sending items back.
Parcels returned without our prior guidance may be refused.

1. Return Window & Condition
- Contact us within 7 days after delivery.
- Items must be unopened and unused.
2. If We’re at Fault (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item)
- We cover shipping costs.
- Email your order number and photos showing the issue to
contact@sgialtar.com. - We will reship the correct item or issue a refund promptly.
3. Change-of-Mind (Customer’s Convenience)
- Accepted for unopened/unused items only.
- Round-trip international shipping is at the customer’s cost.
Costs may be high depending on the country and carrier.
4. Important: Do Not Return Without Instructions
We will provide the correct return address and method for international parcels.
Returns sent without our instructions may be refused and returned to sender.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Refunds follow your original payment method.
For credit cards, posting may depend on your card issuer’s cycle (may appear the following month).
6. Simple Process
- Contact us via the Contact & Support form or email
contact@sgialtar.com with your order number and photos if applicable. - We’ll reply with return instructions and address.
- After we confirm the return, we’ll ship a replacement or process a refund.
