Q1. What happens if my item has an issue?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we accept a return or exchange. Please contact our Customer Support first—we’ll respond promptly to help.
Q2. Which cases qualify for returns or exchanges?
- Product damage
- Wrong item received
- Confirmed initial defect
Customer convenience returns (e.g., change of mind or image mismatch): you will pay the shipping cost.
Q3. How do I request a return or exchange?

Q4. Can I return from outside Japan?
